The single-family houses of Toronto’s former boroughs are often thought to lack both architectural merit and heritage value. Alessandro Tersigni, researcher at the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario’s Toronto branch, will offer a different perspective on suburban homes by showcasing a project documenting over 2,000 detached houses built in North York between 1940 and 2000.
