Grimsby Historical Society Speaker Series: Landscape of the Nations 360 degrees
Landscape of the Nations 360 degrees
Speaker Michele-Elise Burnett, President of Kakekalanicks, an Indigenous Arts and Consultancy Company, co-
founded Landscape of Nations 360 degrees, a national Indigenous education and tourism initiative.
The Landscape of Nations is a public artwork
installation in Queenston Heights Park. Six nations

discussed through the design of the site in relation
to its landscape and central memory feature.

educating audiences about Indigenous culture.
She continues to serve on various committees and

such as the Culture Arts Award from GNCC
