The Canadian Royal Heritage Trust: Memorial Exhibit on Queen Elizabeth II

The Canadian Royal Heritage Trust, supported by The English-Speaking Union of Canada, Toronto – Hamilton Branch, will observe the death and funeral of Queen Elizabeth II with a Memorial Exhibit on Her Late Majesty, “Canada’s Queen ELIZABETH II 1926 – 2022: A time to remember and to grieve.”

Open Friday, 16th September through Monday, 19th September, 2022

Friday, 16th September: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm EST — Reception with remarks and refreshments to be held at 7:00 pm.
Saturday, 17th September: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm EST
Sunday, 18th September: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm EST
Monday, 19th September: 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm EST

St Joseph’s Hall, Blessed Sacrament Church, 24 Cheritan Avenue (on west side of Yonge Street), Toronto (One block south of Yonge Street & Lawrence Avenue). Entrance off Cheritan Avenue. Elevator entrance and wheelchair access from the Cortland Avenue (west side) driveway of the church.

The exhibit will include images and commemoratives from the Queen’s long life of service, with an emphasis on her role as Queen of Canada. There will be a book of condolence, to be sent to His Majesty the King.

Use of St Joseph’s Hall for the memorial has been arranged through the kind permission of Revd Larry Marcille, Pastor, Blessed Sacrament Church.
