NeighbourLink youth volunteers will offer basic tech support at this event (e.g. filling out online applications and forms, connecting with a call centre over the phone on behalf of a senior, downloading and demonstrating how to use various apps, phone storage issues, etc.). Volunteers also speak many languages besides English, like Cantonse, Farsi, Mandarin, Russian, and Ukrainian.
