Get a head start on your Christmas shopping and support local small businesses this holiday season with the Christmas Bazaar & Raffle, taking place Saturday, November 22 from 9 am to 2 pm at Lang Pioneer Village Museum. This indoor/outdoor market at the Peterborough County Agricultural Heritage Building will feature more than 25 local vendors selling unique hand-crafted gift items and holiday décor.

Enjoy a hot beverage or sweet treat while you browse the selection of goods. With hand-carved, turned, and burned wooden items like charcuterie boards and birdhouses, beeswax items, delicious preserves, knit, sewn, and crocheted goods, hand-crafted bath salts and scrubs, jewelry, pottery, Christmas décor, tinware, and more, you are sure to find something for even the hardest to buy for!

In addition to holiday shopping, the event features a large raffle with over $2,000 worth of gift baskets, handmade gift items, and fully decorated trees to be won. Soup, buns, sweet treats, and refreshments will be available for purchase from the PCAHB kitchen.

If you are looking for unique gifts for a loved one this holiday season, be sure to visit Lang Pioneer Village Museum’s Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, November 22 from 9 am to 2 pm. The Bazaar takes place at the Peterborough County Agricultural Heritage Building at 146 Lang Road (the Museum’s north entrance). Admission is by donation.
