Join us to celebrate the 163rd Owen Sound Emancipation Festival and commemorate Emancipation Day. Festivities include Speaker’s Corner (Grey Roots Museum & Archives on August 1), Picnic & Festival (Harrison Park on August 2) and a Gospel Sunday (British Methodist Episcopal Church on August 3). Excited to welcome and strengthen family and community connections, so come out and enjoy an amazing line-up of speakers, performers and other activities being planned for this summer signature event!
