ResearchTV is partnering with Friends of the Finnish Labour Temple to host a free livestream Remembrance Day event this November 11th, 2021. Starting at 10:30 am EST, join us as we livestream interviews, ceremonies and ResearchTV films throughout the day.
Did you know that the poppy celebrated its 100th anniversary this year? Don’t miss the showing of Where the Poppies Grow – The Lakehead at War, in both French and English, during our livestream event. The docudrama highlights the birth of the poppy as a symbol of remembrance for Canadian veterans by Madame Guérin, “The Poppy Lady from France.”
