The program will be a Scottish-themed historic kitchen demo and tasting of Edinborough cookery teacher Mrs Nourse’s shortbread and a Scotch whisky drink (Athol Brose), from the Loyalist era – both recipes with an unusual twist, followed by a tour of Campbell House.
