DESCRIPTION:Join us on May 2 for a guided tour of equipment and artefacts related to more than 180 years of firefighting in Bytown and Ottawa! \nWhere:   \nThe Bytown Fire Brigade Historical Society \nUnit 1\, 2880 Sheffield Road\, Ottawa\, ON\, K1B 1A4 \nWhen: \nFriday\, May 2\, 2 p.m.-3 p.m. \n(Get-together afterward at the nearby Tim Horton’s for coffee) \nAdmission is free\, but donations gratefully accepted. \nAll are welcome but spaces are limited.  Pre-registration is open exclusively to HSO members and guests until April 25\, so please be sure to confirm by email by that date: \nmuseumclub@historicalsocietyottawa.ca \nTransportation not included.  Parking is available on-site and on nearby streets. \nGift shop: On-site and open. \nAccessibility: Most display areas not accessible to walkers or wheelchairs. \nSee you there!
