SUMMARY:Woodland Cultural Centre: Radical Design Fashion Show
DESCRIPTION:Join the Woodland Cultural Centre and the Art Gallery of Hamilton on Thursday\, March 23rd from 7-9 PM for the Radical Design Fashion Show. This event is showcasing Indigenous fashion designers from across Turtle Island and featuring models from the Six Nations of the Grand River Community. \nOrganized by Woodland Cultural Centre\, in partnership with the Art Gallery of Hamilton\, the Radical Design Fashion Show celebrates the By Design: Fashionable Inspiration and Radical Stitch exhibitions currently running. Also on display at the event will be the shawl of beadwork pieces created by community members across both organizations. \nDesigners featured in the fashion show include:\nJason Baerg\nAngela DeMontigny\nDusty LeGrand/Mobilize ᐊᐧᐢᑲᐁᐧᐃᐧᐣ\nEvan Ducharme\n\nWith special guest DJ Kyle Joedicke!
